01 - 450 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, thinly sliced
02 - 30 ml soy sauce
03 - 8 g cornstarch
04 - 5 ml sesame oil

05 - 45 ml low-sodium soy sauce
06 - 30 ml oyster sauce
07 - 15 ml sesame oil
08 - 5 g sugar
09 - 5 g cornstarch

→ Main

10 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
11 - 340 g fresh lo mein noodles or 225 g dried noodles
12 - 30 ml vegetable oil, divided
13 - 1 medium onion, sliced
14 - 300 g mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
15 - 3 green onions, chopped
16 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Combine sliced chicken with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil in a bowl. Marinate briefly.
02 - Stir together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and cornstarch in a small bowl until smooth.
03 - Prepare noodles following package instructions. Drain thoroughly and set aside.
04 - Heat half the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
05 - In the same wok, heat remaining oil. Sauté onions and mixed vegetables until tender-crisp.
06 - Return chicken to wok, add noodles and sauce. Toss thoroughly until evenly coated and heated through.
07 - Top with chopped green onions and serve immediately while hot.
