Air Fryer Cheesy Taco Bombs (Print)

Golden crescent dough filled with seasoned beef, cheese, and salsa. Air-fried until crispy, ideal for sharing.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 can (227 g) refrigerated crescent roll dough
02 - 240 g ground beef, cooked and seasoned with taco seasoning
03 - 100 g shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
04 - 120 ml salsa
05 - Cooking spray

→ Optional Toppings

06 - Sour cream
07 - Guacamole
08 - Sliced jalapeños

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C for 3 minutes to ensure even cooking and a crispy crust.
02 - Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles on a clean, flat surface.
03 - In a bowl, thoroughly mix the cooked, seasoned ground beef with shredded cheese and salsa until evenly combined.
04 - Place 15–30 g of the beef and cheese filling on the wide end of each dough triangle, leaving a 0.5 cm border for sealing.
05 - Roll each triangle from the wide end toward the point, enclosing the filling fully. Pinch edges to seal and shape into crescents.
06 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the prepared taco bombs in a single layer without touching.
07 - Air fry the parcels at 190°C for 10–12 minutes until golden brown and crispy. No need to turn during cooking.
08 - Carefully remove the parcels from the air fryer and let cool for 1–2 minutes. Serve warm with sour cream, guacamole, and sliced jalapeños if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use fully cooked and seasoned ground beef for optimal flavor.
02 - Add diced jalapeños or hot sauce to the filling for extra heat.
03 - If cooking in batches, subsequent ones may require less cooking time due to the air fryer's retained heat.
04 - Perfect for parties, snacks, or a quick main course with a salad.
