Dredge each pickle slice in flour, shaking off excess. Dip into beaten eggs, then evenly coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place the breaded pickle slices in a single layer inside the basket.

Air fry at 200°C for 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
