# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 1 cup warm milk
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 cup mashed banana (about 2-3 medium bananas)
05 - 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
06 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar

→ Filling

09 - 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
10 - 1 cup brown sugar
11 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
12 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

→ Icing

13 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
15 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened
16 - 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Mix yeast, warm milk, and granulated sugar in a big bowl. Wait 5 minutes so it becomes bubbly.
02 - Stir eggs, the melted butter, mashed bananas, and salt into the yeast mixture. Blend until smooth.
03 - Add flour bit by bit to the mixture and stir until a dough forms. Knead it on a surface with flour for 10 minutes.
04 - Move the dough to a greased bowl. Cover it and let it sit somewhere warm for an hour until it has doubled in size.
05 - Mix up the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
06 - Roll the risen dough into a 20x14-inch rectangular shape on a floured counter. Spread your filling on top and sprinkle walnuts, if you want.
07 - Starting with the long edge, roll the dough up tightly. Slice it into 12 pieces and arrange them inside a greased pan.
08 - Let the rolls rise again for half an hour while you heat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
09 - Put the rolls in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until they get golden-brown on top.
10 - Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla together until creamy. Spread it over the warm rolls.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Riper bananas bring out more sweetness in the dough.
