01 -
Mix yeast, warm milk, and granulated sugar in a big bowl. Wait 5 minutes so it becomes bubbly.
02 -
Stir eggs, the melted butter, mashed bananas, and salt into the yeast mixture. Blend until smooth.
03 -
Add flour bit by bit to the mixture and stir until a dough forms. Knead it on a surface with flour for 10 minutes.
04 -
Move the dough to a greased bowl. Cover it and let it sit somewhere warm for an hour until it has doubled in size.
05 -
Mix up the softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon in a bowl.
06 -
Roll the risen dough into a 20x14-inch rectangular shape on a floured counter. Spread your filling on top and sprinkle walnuts, if you want.
07 -
Starting with the long edge, roll the dough up tightly. Slice it into 12 pieces and arrange them inside a greased pan.
08 -
Let the rolls rise again for half an hour while you heat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
09 -
Put the rolls in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until they get golden-brown on top.
10 -
Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter, and vanilla together until creamy. Spread it over the warm rolls.
