→ Cream Cheese Glaze

12 - 1 tablespoon milk
13 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
14 - 4 oz softened cream cheese
15 - 1 cup powdered sugar

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the cinnamon, salt, baking soda, and flour. Keep it aside for later.
03 - In a big bowl, mix the softened butter with the granulated and brown sugars until the texture is fluffy.
04 - Beat in the egg and vanilla until mixed. Next, gently stir in the mashed bananas until smooth.
05 - Slowly add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and mix gently until just combined. Add the walnuts last, if you're using them.
06 - Drop rounded tablespoons of the dough onto the baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches of space in between each one.
07 - Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges have a light golden color. Cool them on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack to finish cooling.
08 - For the glaze, whip the softened cream cheese until it's smooth. Slowly add powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla, mixing until it has a drizzle-friendly consistency.
09 - After the cookies are fully cooled, drizzle the glaze over the top or spread it on each cookie.
