01 - 480 ml cooked black beans
02 - 240 ml refried beans

05 - 240 ml shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Assemble all ingredients and warm the tortillas to soften them for easier rolling.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine cooked black beans, refried beans, diced vegetables, and shredded cheese. Season according to preference.
03 - Place approximately 60 ml of the filling onto each tortilla. Fold the sides inward and roll tightly to encase the filling completely.
04 - Preheat oven to 175°C or heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook burritos seam-side down until golden and crisp, approximately 20 minutes in the oven or a few minutes per side in the skillet.
