Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease up a 9x13-inch pan to stop sticking.

Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces as you go. Drain out any grease when done.

Take the frozen hashbrowns and spread them in the bottom of your greased pan. Add the cooked sausage over the top.

Mix the gravy packet and milk in a bowl until smooth. Pour that mix over the sausage and hashbrowns evenly.

Layer the shredded cheddar evenly, then break the biscuits into quarters and scatter those pieces across the top.

Pop the dish into the oven and bake for about 25–30 minutes until the biscuits turn a nice golden color. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
