→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 lb Jimmy Dean pork sausage
02 - 1 (16 oz) can of Pillsbury Grands! Buttermilk Biscuits
03 - 1 packet (2.75 oz) McCormick Sausage Gravy Mix
04 - 3 cups of Ore-Ida frozen shredded hashbrowns
05 - 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, shredded
06 - 2 cups of milk
07 - 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
08 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
09 - 1/2 tsp table salt

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease up a 9x13-inch pan to stop sticking.
02 - Cook the sausage in a pan over medium heat, breaking it into small pieces as you go. Drain out any grease when done.
03 - Take the frozen hashbrowns and spread them in the bottom of your greased pan. Add the cooked sausage over the top.
04 - Mix the gravy packet and milk in a bowl until smooth. Pour that mix over the sausage and hashbrowns evenly.
05 - Layer the shredded cheddar evenly, then break the biscuits into quarters and scatter those pieces across the top.
06 - Pop the dish into the oven and bake for about 25–30 minutes until the biscuits turn a nice golden color. Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
