# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4-8 slices muenster cheese
02 - 8 slices of sandwich bread
03 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing
04 - 4 tablespoons crumbled blue cheese
05 - 1 teaspoon black pepper (ground)
06 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breasts
07 - 4 ounces softened cream cheese
08 - 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
09 - 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
10 - 4 tablespoons softened unsalted butter
11 - 1/2 cup buffalo hot sauce
12 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika

# Steps:

01 - Grab a small bowl and toss in the softened cream cheese, paprika, cayenne, black pepper, and crumbled blue cheese. Smash it together with a fork or spoon until it's smooth and consistent. Set aside for now.
02 - Dump the pulled chicken, garlic, ranch dressing, and hot sauce into another bowl. Stir thoroughly until every piece is coated evenly.
03 - Spread butter over one side of your bread slices. Flip the slices, then spread the cheese mixture on four of the plain sides. Divide the chicken mixture equally (roughly 1/2 cup per bread slice) over the cheese layer. On the other four bread slices, place one or two slices of muenster cheese. Match them up to form sandwiches.
04 - Spritz a skillet with nonstick spray. Put the sandwiches in the pan and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes, letting the bread crisp up and turn golden. Flip them over and cook for another 5 minutes. You might need to do this in a few rounds, depending on pan size.
05 - Take the sandwiches out of the skillet and serve right away. Pair them with extra ranch, buffalo sauce, or blue cheese dressing if you feel like it.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Store any leftover sandwiches wrapped in foil in the refrigerator for up to 2 days. To warm them up, pop them in the oven at 175°C (350°F) for 10-15 minutes.
02 - Not into blue cheese or muenster? Replace with Colby Jack, mozzarella, Monterey Jack, or white cheddar instead.
03 - For a fun twist, try adding smashed avocado, chopped celery, or some diced tomatoes to your filling or cheese mix.
