02 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
03 - 2 garlic cloves, halved

→ Topping

04 - 200 g burrata cheese
05 - 250 g cherry tomatoes, halved
06 - 15 fresh basil leaves, chopped
07 - 3 tablespoons balsamic glaze
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 190°C and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - Slice the baguette into 1.25 cm rounds and arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet.
03 - Brush both sides of each baguette slice with olive oil and rub gently with the cut sides of the halved garlic cloves.
04 - Bake the prepared baguette slices for 8–10 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
05 - While the bread is baking, cut the burrata cheese into bite-size pieces, ensuring minimal loss of cream.
06 - Once the bread has cooled slightly, top each toast with a portion of burrata cheese.
07 - Place a halved cherry tomato on each bruschetta, over the cheese.
08 - Sprinkle chopped basil leaves over the tomato and cheese.
09 - Drizzle balsamic glaze evenly across the bruschetta, season with a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper, and serve immediately.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For best flavor and texture, use a high-quality, fresh baguette.
02 - Adjust garlic intensity by rubbing less or more, according to preference.
03 - Optional toppings such as prosciutto, arugula, or sun-dried tomatoes can elevate overall taste.
04 - If balsamic glaze is unavailable, substitute with a few drops of balsamic reduction or vinegar.
05 - Experiment with different herbs, such as oregano or thyme, for added depth.
