Carrot Apple Zucchini Bread (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 190 g all-purpose flour
02 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
04 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
05 - 2 large eggs, at room temperature
06 - 200 g granulated sugar or brown sugar
07 - 1 cup (125 g) grated carrots
08 - 1 cup (125 g) grated zucchini, unpeeled
09 - 125 ml unsweetened applesauce

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and lightly grease a standard loaf pan.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, baking soda, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.
03 - In a separate bowl, beat eggs and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in grated carrots, grated zucchini, and unsweetened applesauce until evenly distributed.
04 - Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, mixing just until incorporated to avoid overmixing.
05 - Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the surface with a spatula.
06 - Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
07 - Allow the bread to cool in the pan before transferring to a wire rack. Slice once completely cooled.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For enhanced moisture, do not peel the zucchini before grating. To add a touch of indulgence, serve slices with a spread of cream cheese.
