01 - 450 g ribeye or sirloin steak
02 - 2 cups cooked white or brown rice
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese blend
04 - 1 bell pepper (red or yellow), diced
05 - 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
08 - 1 teaspoon paprika (optional)

09 - 2 green onions, sliced
10 - 120 ml sour cream

# Steps:

01 - Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Pat the steak dry and season both sides with salt and black pepper. Sear each side for 4 to 5 minutes until a golden-brown crust forms. Remove steak from the skillet and allow it to rest.
02 - Using the same skillet, add the chopped onion and diced bell pepper. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are softened, about 3 to 4 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Stir cooked rice into the skillet with sautéed vegetables, ensuring even distribution of ingredients. Season with paprika if using.
04 - Dice rested steak into bite-sized pieces and return to the skillet. Add shredded cheese blend and fold gently until the cheese completely melts and the mixture is heated through.
05 - Serve the dish warm, garnished with sliced green onions and a generous dollop of sour cream.
