01 -
Set your oven to 400°F (200°C) and get a baking tray ready with parchment paper.
02 -
Cook the beef on medium heat in a pan, chopping it up with your spoon as it cooks. Once browned, drain any extra grease. Toss in the taco seasoning per the packet directions, give it a stir, and set it aside for later.
03 -
On a floured surface, roll out the Pillsbury dough and slice it into 10 rectangles of the same size.
04 -
Take a rectangle, add some taco-seasoned beef, and pop half of a cheese stick on top. Roll it all up, pinching the edges shut so nothing spills out. Place each roll seam-side down on your baking tray.
05 -
Mix the melted butter, parsley, and garlic powder in a small dish. Use this mix to generously coat the top of each taco stick.
06 -
Bake on the middle rack for 12-15 minutes or until the dough is golden brown and fully baked.
07 -
Give the taco sticks a few minutes to cool before serving. They're great dipped in guacamole, sour cream, or salsa!
