05 - 100 g broccoli florets
06 - 80 g carrots, julienned
07 - 3 green onions, chopped
08 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Sauce

09 - 30 ml soy sauce (use gluten-free if required)
10 - 15 ml oyster sauce
11 - 15 ml sesame oil
12 - 10 g cornstarch
13 - 120 ml chicken broth

# Steps:

01 - Cook chow mein noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
02 - Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add sliced chicken breast and cook until lightly browned and fully cooked, about 5 minutes.
03 - Add bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.
04 - Incorporate minced garlic and chopped green onions, stirring for 1 minute to release flavor.
05 - In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and chicken broth until smooth.
06 - Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir thoroughly and heat for 1 to 2 minutes until sauce thickens and coats ingredients.
07 - Add the cooked noodles to the pan. Toss all components together over heat until evenly combined. Serve immediately while hot.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Customize with extra vegetables or a dash of chili sauce for additional heat. Adjust sauce seasoning to suit preference.
