02 - 4 cups chow mein noodles
03 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
04 - 1 cup celery, sliced
05 - 1 cup carrots, julienned
06 - 1 cup bell pepper, sliced
07 - 1 cup bean sprouts
08 - 3 green onions, chopped

09 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
11 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
12 - 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
13 - 1 tablespoon cornstarch
14 - 1/4 cup chicken broth
15 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
16 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Steps:

01 - Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain well and set aside.
02 - Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for about 30 seconds until aromatic.
03 - Add sliced celery, julienned carrots, and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
04 - Incorporate the cooked chicken, bean sprouts, and chopped green onions. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, stirring well.
05 - In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, chicken broth, and sesame oil to form a smooth sauce.
06 - Pour the prepared sauce over the chicken and vegetables in the skillet. Stir thoroughly to coat and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
07 - Add the cooked noodles to the skillet. Toss well so all ingredients are evenly coated and heated through. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
