# Ingredients:

→ For the Chicken Skewers

01 - 680 g boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
03 - 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
04 - 3 garlic cloves, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
07 - Salt, to taste
08 - Black pepper, to taste

→ For the Bang Bang Sauce

09 - 120 ml mayonnaise
10 - 60 ml sweet chili sauce
11 - 5–10 ml sriracha, to taste
12 - 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

# Steps:

01 - Combine minced chipotle peppers, lime juice, garlic, honey, olive oil, salt, and black pepper in a large bowl.
02 - Add chicken thigh pieces to the marinade, ensuring even coating. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
03 - Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a separate bowl until smooth.
04 - Carefully thread marinated chicken pieces onto metal or soaked wooden skewers, distributing evenly.
05 - Grill skewers over medium-high heat for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally until chicken is fully cooked and lightly charred.
06 - Brush or drizzle with bang bang sauce before serving, and offer extra sauce alongside.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Chicken breast may be substituted, but monitor closely to prevent overcooking and dryness.
02 - For a dairy-free version, use vegan mayonnaise for the sauce.
03 - If a grill is unavailable, bake the skewers at 220°C for 20–25 minutes, turning halfway through.
