# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless grilled chicken thighs
02 - 6 pieces of crispy thick cut bacon
03 - 6 slices of tomato
04 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
05 - 1/4 cup ranch dressing
06 - 1 teaspoon salt
07 - 1 teaspoon pepper
08 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
09 - 1 tablespoon all-purpose BBQ rub
10 - 4 toasted sub rolls

# Steps:

01 - Season chicken thighs with all-purpose BBQ rub and grill at medium-high heat until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
02 - Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy and toast sub rolls on the grill.
03 - On a cutting board, add a base layer of shredded lettuce, then layer chicken, bacon, and tomatoes. Chop everything together, ensuring it’s well mixed.
04 - Season the mixture with salt and pepper, then add shredded mozzarella cheese and ranch dressing. Chop and mix again to incorporate.
05 - Scoop a pile of the chopped mixture onto a toasted sub roll and serve.
