Cinnamon Sugar Air Banana Chips (Print)

Sweet, crispy banana chips dusted in cinnamon sugar, air-fried for a light and tasty snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 2 medium bananas, firm but ripe
02 - 1 tablespoon coconut oil or melted butter

→ Cinnamon Sugar Coating

03 - 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
04 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Steps:

01 - Peel bananas and slice into thin, even rounds approximately 3 mm thick using a sharp knife or mandoline.
02 - Combine granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a small bowl until evenly mixed.
03 - Brush both sides of each banana slice with coconut oil, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly over both sides.
04 - Lay coated banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, ensuring slices do not overlap. If needed, work in batches.
05 - Air fry at 150°C for 10 to 15 minutes, flipping slices halfway through. Begin checking doneness after 12 minutes; chips should be golden and starting to crisp.
06 - Transfer banana chips to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve once cooled, or store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Select bananas that are just ripe with a firm texture for clean slicing and a crisp finish.
02 - Adjust sugar and cinnamon quantities to suit your taste, or use a sugar alternative as desired.
03 - If chips are not crisp after the initial cooking time, continue air frying in 2-minute intervals, watching closely to prevent burning.
