Coconut Chicken Balls (Print)

Tasty chicken balls mixed with coconut milk, Thai seasonings, and herbs, baked till golden and wonderfully soft.

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cloves garlic, minced finely
02 - 1 tablespoon fish sauce (Thai)
03 - ½ cup chopped cilantro (coriander)
04 - 1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground
05 - 1 teaspoon minced ginger
06 - ¼ cup chili sauce (Thai-style)
07 - ⅔ cup creamy coconut milk
08 - 1 pound ground chicken
09 - 1 pinch salt

# Steps:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it heat up. Lightly grease two mini muffin tins, each with 12 cups.
02 - Grab a medium bowl and mix together the ground chicken, chili sauce, garlic, ginger, fish sauce, cilantro, and coconut milk. Add salt and pepper, then combine everything evenly.
03 - Use a spoon to scoop the mixture into the greased muffin cups.
04 - Bake them for 15 to 20 minutes or until they're golden and fully cooked. Serve warm with some extra chili sauce if you'd like.
