Combine coconut water, maple syrup, coconut milk, and ground nutmeg in a blender. Blend until the mixture becomes silky and homogenous. Optionally, use a milk frother for an extra airy texture.

Divide ice cubes evenly among three glasses. Pour the blended coconut mixture over the ice. Spoon some froth from the blender onto each glass and sprinkle lightly with additional nutmeg. Serve immediately while cold.
