01 - Boil the peeled and chunked potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, approximately 15 minutes.
02 - Drain potatoes and mash with 2 tablespoons of butter, 120 ml heavy cream, and 60 ml milk until smooth. Season with salt and pepper, then keep warm.
03 - Heat 30 ml olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2 to 3 minutes per side until opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
04 - Melt 2 tablespoons butter in the same skillet. Sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add 180 ml heavy cream and 120 ml chicken broth, then simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.
