Crispy Air Fryer Tortellini (Print)

Tortellini turns golden and crisp in the air fryer, coated with Parmesan and herbs for a flavorful snack.

# Ingredients:

01 - 255 grams refrigerated cheese or prosciutto tortellini
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
05 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
06 - 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
07 - Cooking spray

# Steps:

01 - Place tortellini in a large bowl and pour in enough boiling water to fully submerge. Let stand for 3 minutes, then drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
02 - Transfer drained tortellini back to the bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan. Gently fold with a spatula until all tortellini are evenly coated.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Evenly mist the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
04 - Arrange seasoned tortellini in a single layer inside the prepared basket; cook in batches if needed. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking or tossing once halfway, until the tortellini are crisp and golden.
05 - Transfer each batch of cooked tortellini to an oven preheated to 95°C to keep warm while remaining batches are fried.
06 - Serve immediately while hot, accompanied by your choice of marinara sauce for dipping.
