Place tortellini in a large bowl and pour in enough boiling water to fully submerge. Let stand for 3 minutes, then drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture.

Transfer drained tortellini back to the bowl. Add olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and grated Parmesan. Gently fold with a spatula until all tortellini are evenly coated.

Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Evenly mist the air fryer basket with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Arrange seasoned tortellini in a single layer inside the prepared basket; cook in batches if needed. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes, shaking or tossing once halfway, until the tortellini are crisp and golden.

Transfer each batch of cooked tortellini to an oven preheated to 95°C to keep warm while remaining batches are fried.

Serve immediately while hot, accompanied by your choice of marinara sauce for dipping.
