# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup drained cottage cheese
02 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
03 - 1/4 cup almond flour
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
06 - 1 beaten egg
07 - Salt to taste
08 - Pepper to taste
09 - Olive oil spray for greasing

# Steps:

01 - Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with olive oil.
02 - In a bowl, combine the cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until fully mixed.
03 - Form the mixture into small balls or patties using your hands or a spoon. Dip each piece into the beaten egg to coat evenly.
04 - Arrange the coated cheese treats onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each piece. Lightly spray the tops with olive oil for extra crispiness. Bake for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
