Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Rinse broccoli florets under cold water and pat thoroughly dry.

Arrange broccoli on the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.

Using the bottom of a glass or measuring cup, gently press down on each floret until slightly flattened.

Roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and crispy.
