01 - 1 cucumber

→ Dressing

02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice
04 - Pinch of salt
05 - Pinch of black pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped

# Steps:

01 - Rinse the cucumber thoroughly under cold running water to remove any dirt or residues.
02 - Pat the cucumber dry with a clean paper towel or kitchen cloth.
03 - Place the cucumber on a cutting board and slice off both ends using a sharp knife.
04 - Cut the cucumber into thin rounds, approximately 3 mm thick, or to your preferred thickness.
05 - Transfer the sliced cucumber to a medium bowl.
06 - Drizzle the olive oil evenly over the cucumber slices.
07 - Pour the lemon juice into the bowl and sprinkle with salt and black pepper, distributing evenly.
08 - Finely chop the fresh dill and add it to the bowl with the other ingredients.
09 - Gently toss the cucumber mixture with your hands or a spoon until all ingredients are thoroughly combined.
10 - Taste and adjust the seasoning if desired. Allow the snack to sit for a few minutes so the flavors meld.
11 - Serve immediately, or refrigerate briefly to chill before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Leave the cucumber skin on for added crunch and nutrients.
02 - Dried dill can be used if fresh is unavailable—use half the amount.
03 - Increase lemon juice for a tangier snack.
04 - The mixture can be prepared ahead and refrigerated for up to two hours.
05 - Enhance satiety by adding crumbled feta cheese or nuts if desired.
