Grab a small bowl, toss in the cream cheese and mayo, and mix until it’s nice and creamy. Stir in the dill, garlic powder, and chives, then season it with some salt and pepper.

Spread a good amount of the cheese mix over one side of each bread slice.

Lay the cucumber slices onto half the bread pieces. If you like, sprinkle a bit more fresh herbs for extra flavor.

Top with the other bread slices, pressing gently. Chop off the crusts, then slice each sandwich into three pieces.

Enjoy them right away, or cover and store in the fridge where they’ll stay fresh for a day.
