# Ingredients:

→ Dairy Base

01 - 340 g full-fat cream cheese, softened
02 - 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)

→ Pickle and Seasonings

03 - 4 tablespoons dill pickle juice
04 - 60 g diced dill pickle
05 - 1 to 2 teaspoons sweet relish
06 - 1 teaspoon dried dill
07 - 1 clove garlic, minced
08 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
09 - 0.25 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Place the softened cream cheese in a medium mixing bowl and beat until smooth and creamy.
02 - If using sour cream, add it to the bowl and mix until fully combined.
03 - Add dill pickle juice, diced dill pickles, sweet relish, dried dill, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Stir until the mixture is thoroughly combined.
04 - Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve. If chilled, allow to sit at room temperature briefly before serving.
