Doritos Chicken Casserole Bake (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 225 g chive whipped cream cheese
02 - 200 g shredded Mexican cheese blend, divided
03 - 100 g shredded Mexican cheese blend, for topping

→ Protein

04 - 450 g rotisserie chicken, cooked and shredded

→ Vegetables

05 - 1 bunch green onions, chopped and divided
06 - 250 g canned corn, drained

→ Pantry

07 - 300 g condensed cream of chicken soup
08 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
09 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Snacks

11 - 90 g Doritos, crumbled

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 200°C and allow it to preheat fully before assembling the dish.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat the chive whipped cream cheese together with the condensed cream of chicken soup until the mixture is completely smooth.
03 - Reserve 1/4 cup of chopped green onions for garnish. Add the remaining green onions, shredded rotisserie chicken, drained corn, 200 g shredded Mexican cheese blend, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the bowl. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
04 - Lightly grease a 33 x 23 cm baking dish. Spread the prepared chicken mixture evenly into the dish.
05 - Sprinkle the crumbled Doritos evenly across the surface, followed by the remaining 100 g shredded Mexican cheese blend and the reserved chopped green onions.
06 - Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake for 17 to 20 minutes, or until the cheese topping is golden brown and bubbling.
07 - Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before serving hot.
