01 -
Preheat oven to 200°C. Line two baking trays with foil or brush with olive oil. Place a wire rack over each tray if available.
02 -
Cut chicken breasts into strips approximately 8–10 cm in length and 5–7 cm in width. Transfer the chicken strips to a bowl and set aside.
03 -
Crush Doritos inside the sealed bag until the texture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.
04 -
Set up shallow bowls containing the milk, flour, beaten eggs, and crushed Doritos in sequential order for dredging.
05 -
Dredge each chicken strip first in milk, then in flour, followed by eggs, and finally coat thoroughly in crushed Doritos. Lay coated strips on the prepared trays.
06 -
Bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking. Confirm internal temperature reaches 74°C and the chicken is fully cooked.
07 -
Plate the tenders immediately with dipping sauces of choice, such as barbecue or ranch. Garnish with sliced green onions if desired.
