Dragonfruit Lemonade Tropical Refresh (Print)

Vivid pink dragonfruit lemonade with fresh citrus flavor and a tropical twist. No artificial colors or flavors.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 medium pink dragonfruit, peeled and chopped
02 - 60 ml warm water (for blending dragonfruit)

→ Citrus

03 - 240 ml fresh lemon juice (from about 6–8 lemons)

→ Sweetener

04 - 120–180 g granulated sugar (adjust to taste)

→ Liquid

05 - 960 ml cold water, divided use

→ Serving and Garnish (optional)

06 - 1 cup (approximately 140 g) ice cubes
07 - Lemon slices
08 - Mint leaves
09 - Dragonfruit cubes

# Steps:

01 - Blend chopped dragonfruit with warm water until completely smooth.
02 - Heat granulated sugar with 240 ml of the cold water in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar fully dissolves. Remove from heat and cool.
03 - In a large pitcher, mix fresh lemon juice with the cooled simple syrup and remaining cold water.
04 - Strain the dragonfruit puree through a fine-mesh strainer directly into the pitcher. Stir thoroughly to blend.
05 - Refrigerate the pitcher for at least 2 hours to allow flavours to meld and drink to chill.
06 - Add ice cubes to glasses or pitcher just before serving. Garnish each serving with lemon slices, mint leaves, and dragonfruit cubes as desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Adjust sweetness by varying sugar to personal preference; for a less sweet version, start with minimum sugar and taste after mixing.
02 - For a more vibrant colour, choose ripe dragonfruit with deep pink flesh.
