Easy Italian Cream Soda (Print)

Cool off with sweet Italian cream soda bursting with flavor, creamy texture, and vibrant bubbles.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 15–60 ml half & half or heavy cream
02 - 45–60 ml Torani flavored syrup
03 - Club soda or sparkling water, to fill glass
04 - Cubed ice or pebble ice, as needed

→ Topping

05 - Whipped cream, canned

# Steps:

01 - Pour half & half and flavored syrup into a 470 ml tall glass and stir thoroughly.
02 - Add cubed or pebble ice to the glass.
03 - Fill the remainder of the glass with club soda or sparkling water.
04 - Finish with a swirl of canned whipped cream on top.
05 - Insert a decorative straw and serve immediately.

01 - For best results, serve chilled and enjoy immediately to maintain carbonation.
