# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups fresh peaches, sliced
02 - 1 cup granulated sugar
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 - 1 cup whole milk
05 - 120 grams unsalted butter, melted
06 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

# Steps:

01 - Set the oven to 175°C and allow to fully preheat.
02 - In a mixing bowl, toss sliced peaches with 120 grams sugar and set aside.
03 - In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and milk until smooth.
04 - Stir melted butter and vanilla extract into the batter until thoroughly blended.
