01 - 454 g ground beef (80% lean)

02 - 1 medium green bell pepper, diced
03 - 1 medium red bell pepper, diced
04 - 1 large yellow onion, chopped
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced

06 - 2 cans (398 ml each) diced tomatoes
07 - 1 can (425 g) kidney beans, rinsed and drained

→ Spices

08 - 2 tbsp chili powder
09 - 1 tbsp ground cumin
10 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
11 - ½ tsp cayenne pepper
12 - Salt and black pepper to taste

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Sear ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat and transfer meat to slow cooker.
02 - In the same skillet, cook chopped onion until soft. Add diced bell peppers and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant. Move mixture into slow cooker.
03 - Add diced tomatoes and kidney beans to slow cooker. Season with chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Stir to blend evenly.
