Creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and golden-fried bread create a quick, decadent sweet snack.

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
02 - 50 g granulated sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 150 g fresh strawberries, diced (or thawed frozen, patted dry)
05 - 30 g strawberry jam

→ Sandwich

06 - 8 slices white bread, crusts removed
07 - 2 large eggs, beaten
08 - 60 ml whole milk
09 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
10 - 30 g unsalted butter
11 - 25 g graham cracker crumbs (optional, for coating)

→ For Finishing

12 - Powdered sugar, for dusting
13 - Sliced strawberries, for garnish
14 - Maple syrup or honey, for optional drizzle

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract. Whisk until the mixture is smooth. Gently fold in the diced strawberries and strawberry jam.
02 - Spread an even layer of filling onto 4 slices of white bread. Cover with the remaining bread slices and press around the edges to seal.
03 - In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.
04 - Dip each assembled sandwich into the egg mixture, ensuring all sides are covered. Coat with graham cracker crumbs if desired.
05 - Melt butter in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Fry sandwiches for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
06 - Transfer fried sandwiches to paper towels to drain excess butter. Slice, dust with powdered sugar, garnish with strawberries, and drizzle with maple syrup or honey if using.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Pat strawberries dry to keep filling from becoming watery.
02 - Ensure sandwiches are sealed before dipping to prevent filling leakage during frying.
