Frozen Coconut Lemonade Drink (Print)

Lemon juice and coconut milk blended with ice for a creamy, cooling frozen drink.

# Ingredients:

01 - 180 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 4–5 lemons)
02 - zest of 2 lemons
03 - 240 ml full-fat coconut milk
04 - 100 g granulated sugar or equivalent sweetener
05 - 350 g ice cubes

# Steps:

01 - Place lemon juice, lemon zest, coconut milk, sugar or sweetener, and ice cubes into a high-powered blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is smooth and slushy with no remaining large ice pieces.
03 - Taste and adjust sweetness as needed, or add additional ice to reach your preferred flavor and thickness.
04 - Pour the frozen coconut lemonade into chilled glasses and serve at once.
05 - For an alcoholic version, add a splash of vodka or rum to the blender and blend briefly before serving.
