01 -
Preheat oven to 190 °C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 -
In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with chopped onion until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
03 -
Stir in minced garlic, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and yellow mustard. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 -
Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles, or cut pizza dough into 8 rectangles.
05 -
Spoon beef mixture evenly onto each piece of dough and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly, sealing the seams, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 -
Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the tops of the rollups generously. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
07 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
08 -
Remove from oven. Optionally, brush with additional garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
