# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 teaspoon salt
05 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 tablespoon ketchup
07 - 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
08 - 150 g shredded cheddar cheese

→ Dough

09 - 225 g refrigerated crescent roll dough or pizza dough

→ Garlic Butter Glaze and Garnish

10 - 45 g unsalted butter, melted
11 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
13 - Sesame seeds (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 190 °C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, brown ground beef with chopped onion until beef is no longer pink. Drain excess fat.
03 - Stir in minced garlic, salt, black pepper, ketchup, and yellow mustard. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
04 - Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles, or cut pizza dough into 8 rectangles.
05 - Spoon beef mixture evenly onto each piece of dough and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese. Roll up tightly, sealing the seams, and place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Mix melted butter with garlic powder. Brush the tops of the rollups generously. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 13 to 15 minutes, until golden and cheese is melted.
08 - Remove from oven. Optionally, brush with additional garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Allow to cool slightly before serving.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For a crispier crust, bake on the lowest rack of the oven.
02 - Substitute ground turkey for a leaner filling if preferred.
