Garlic Butter Lobster Rolls (Print)

Juicy lobster in garlic butter and lemon, packed in toasted rolls for an indulgent seafood taste.

# Ingredients:

→ Seafood

01 - 450 g lobster meat, fresh or thawed

→ Aromatics

02 - 3 cloves garlic, finely minced

→ Dairy

03 - 56 g unsalted butter

→ Herbs and Citrus

04 - 15 ml fresh lemon juice
05 - 2 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

→ Bread

06 - 4 New England-style buns

# Steps:

01 - Boil or steam lobster meat until thoroughly cooked, approximately 8 to 10 minutes. Allow meat to cool, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
02 - Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until aromatic, about 1 to 2 minutes.
03 - Add chopped lobster to the skillet. Gently stir and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, allowing lobster to absorb the garlic butter.
04 - Remove skillet from heat. Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley until evenly distributed.
05 - Toast New England-style buns on both sides until golden brown.
06 - Fill each toasted bun generously with the lobster mixture. Serve immediately, optionally with extra lemon wedges.

# Additional Notes:

01 - To maximise flavour, use freshly cooked lobster and finish with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt just before serving.
