07 - 15 ml soy sauce
08 - 15 ml oyster sauce
09 - 5 ml Worcestershire sauce
10 - 5 ml honey
11 - 0.5 g black pepper
12 - 0.5 g salt

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the flank steak slices for 2 to 3 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
