Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the flank steak slices for 2 to 3 minutes until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.

Using the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add red pepper flakes if desired, then stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt, and black pepper.

Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss thoroughly in the garlic butter sauce. Return the seared steak to the pan and gently stir to coat all ingredients evenly.

Cook the mixture for an additional 2 minutes to blend flavors. Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
