# Detailed Directions:

01 - Combine salt, black pepper, garlic powder, dried oregano, and dried thyme. Rub evenly over chicken breasts.
02 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
03 - In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
04 - Layer halved baby potatoes in the crockpot. Season with salt and black pepper.
05 - Place the seared chicken breasts atop the potatoes within the crockpot.
06 - Pour chicken broth evenly over the chicken and potatoes. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
