# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 680 grams)

→ Peach Chipotle Sauce

02 - 2 ripe peaches, peeled and diced
03 - 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce

# Steps:

01 - Set the grill to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach optimal temperature for even cooking.
02 - In a blender, combine diced peaches, chipotle peppers, minced garlic, honey, lime juice, and soy sauce. Process until the mixture forms a smooth sauce.
03 - Submerge the chicken breasts in half of the prepared peach chipotle sauce, ensuring each piece is evenly coated. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
04 - Remove chicken from marinade and discard the used marinade. Arrange the chicken on the preheated grill and cook for 6 to 7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C.
