Lemon Tilapia Grill (Print)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 pieces of tilapia fillet
02 - 3 tablespoons of olive oil (extra virgin)
03 - A couple of minced garlic cloves
04 - 2 spoonfuls of freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons of finely chopped herbs (like parsley, dill, or thyme)
06 - Add salt and pepper as you like

# Steps:

01 - Set your grill to medium-high (around 375°F or 190°C) and let it warm up.
02 - In a bowl, stir together olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Finish with some salt and pepper.
03 - Brush the tilapia with the mixture and leave it alone for 15-30 minutes.
04 - Grill each piece of fish for 4-5 minutes per side, until they’re flaky and turn opaque. Try tossing a few slices of lemon on top as they cook.
05 - Put the fish on a plate right away. Add fresh herbs or lemon slices as a finishing touch.
