Set your grill to medium-high (around 375°F or 190°C) and let it warm up.

In a bowl, stir together olive oil, freshly squeezed lemon juice, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Finish with some salt and pepper.

Brush the tilapia with the mixture and leave it alone for 15-30 minutes.

Grill each piece of fish for 4-5 minutes per side, until they’re flaky and turn opaque. Try tossing a few slices of lemon on top as they cook.
