Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5-7 minutes until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Stir in tomato paste, paprika, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring continuously until the mixture is fragrant.

Pour in broth and add rinsed orzo pasta. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 10-12 minutes, stirring once halfway, until orzo is tender and has absorbed liquid.
