01 - 1 frozen banana, sliced
02 - 130 g plain Greek yogurt or dairy-free yogurt alternative
03 - 60 mL key lime juice or regular lime juice
04 - 15 mL honey or sweetener of choice
05 - 0.5 teaspoon finely grated lime zest
06 - 1.2 mL vanilla extract

08 - Fresh spinach leaves, for color

# Steps:

01 - Place banana, yogurt, lime juice, honey, lime zest, and vanilla extract in a blender. Add spinach leaves for enhanced color, if preferred. Blend thoroughly until silky smooth, adding ice gradually to reach the desired consistency.
