Homemade Nuts Granola (Print)

Crunchy nuts granola with coconut, seeds, and natural sweetness. Ready in 30 minutes for breakfast or snacking.

# Ingredients:

→ Granola Base

01 - 3 cups mixed nuts, roughly chopped (almonds, pecans, walnuts)
02 - 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
03 - 0.5 cup pumpkin seeds
04 - 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
05 - 0.25 cup chia seeds

→ Binding and Flavor

06 - 3 tablespoons coconut oil
07 - 0.33 cup honey or sugar-free maple syrup
08 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
09 - 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
10 - 0.5 tablespoon sea salt

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 165°C. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Roughly chop large nuts. Add chopped nuts, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, cinnamon, and sea salt to a large mixing bowl.
03 - In a small saucepan over low heat, warm coconut oil and honey until just melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
04 - Pour the warm wet mixture over the dry ingredients. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon or spatula until evenly coated.
05 - Spread the mixture evenly onto the lined baking sheet. Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring gently halfway through. Watch closely in the final minutes to prevent burning. Remove from oven when golden brown and aromatic.
06 - Let the granola cool completely on the baking sheet to allow clusters to form. Break into pieces of desired size and transfer to an airtight container for storage.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Do not overcrowd the baking sheet; use two trays if necessary to ensure even toasting.
02 - Allow granola to cool fully before storing to preserve crispness.
03 - Stir gently during baking to help create clusters.
04 - Keep a close eye during the final minutes of baking, as nuts brown quickly.
