01 - 500 g ground beef
02 - 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
03 - 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 12 slices cheddar cheese
07 - 12 slider buns

08 - 6 leaves crisp lettuce, torn to fit buns
09 - 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
10 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
11 - Ketchup, to taste
12 - Mustard, to taste

# Steps:

01 - Preheat a grill or stovetop griddle over medium heat.
02 - In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the ground beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
03 - Divide the seasoned beef evenly into 12 portions, shaping each into a small, compact patty.
04 - Grill the patties for 3–4 minutes per side, or until your preferred doneness is achieved.
05 - Top each patty with a slice of cheddar cheese during the final minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.
06 - Halve slider buns and lightly toast the cut sides on the grill until golden.
07 - Place a cheesy burger patty on each bun base.
08 - Layer lettuce leaves, sliced tomatoes, and red onion over the patties.
09 - Generously spread ketchup and mustard onto the top halves of the buns.
10 - Cap each slider with its top bun.
11 - Arrange sliders on a platter and serve immediately while hot.
