Korean Banana Milk Drink (Print)

Creamy banana milk with real bananas for a lightly sweet, nostalgic Korean-inspired beverage.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1–2 ripe bananas, peeled and spotted for natural sweetness
02 - 240 ml cold milk (dairy or plant-based alternative)
03 - 1–2 tablespoons sugar or honey, adjusted to taste
04 - 0.25 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, adds depth of flavor)
05 - 1 pinch fine salt
06 - Ice cubes (optional, for serving cold)

# Steps:

01 - Peel the ripe bananas and slice them into small pieces using a knife and cutting board.
02 - For a thicker and colder drink, place the banana slices on a tray and freeze for 30 minutes.
03 - In a blender, combine banana pieces, cold milk, chosen sweetener, vanilla extract (if using), and a pinch of salt.
04 - Blend on high speed for 30–60 seconds until the mixture is silky and fully incorporated.
05 - Pour banana milk into a glass over ice cubes for a chilled beverage.
06 - Stir gently and serve immediately for optimal flavor and texture.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Use ripe, spotted bananas for the best natural sweetness and aroma.
02 - Freezing banana chunks yields a thicker, creamier result similar to a milkshake.
