Use a vegetable brush or rub them with your hands to clean a pound of ginger and another pound of turmeric. No need to peel them.

Put ginger, turmeric, peppercorns, and a little water into a big blender or juicer. Blend until you’ve got a thick, wet pulp. You might need to do this in parts.

Use a fine strainer over a bowl and press the pulp with a rubber spatula to squeeze out all the juice. Repeat filtering the liquid a couple more times to make sure the pulp is gone.

Squeeze the lemons with a citrus juicer and pour the juice into the strained liquid. Stir in the avocado oil until it’s all mixed smoothly.

Pour the juice into big mason jars or divide it into small glass bottles. Keep it in the fridge for up to 7 days, or freeze it as little cubes for smoothies or other drinks.
