17 - 170 g shredded cheddar cheese
18 - 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon
19 - 30 g chopped green onions

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C and grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - In a large bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and ketchup until well incorporated.
03 - Press the meat mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
04 - While meatloaf bakes, combine mashed potatoes with melted butter, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until creamy and smooth.
05 - Remove meatloaf base from oven and spread the mashed potato mixture evenly over the top.
06 - Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese and crumbled bacon over the mashed potatoes.
