07 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
08 - 5 ml garlic powder
09 - 5 ml onion powder
10 - 2.5 ml cayenne pepper

11 - 60 ml chopped green onions

# Detailed Directions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
02 - In a mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth and uniform.
