Add the finely chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce to the mixture, folding gently until evenly distributed.

Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface, spoon approximately 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of filling into the center, then lightly moisten the edges with water. Fold and press firmly to seal the edges.

Heat oil in a skillet or deep pan over medium heat until hot enough for frying (approximately 175°C).

Fry wontons in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning as needed, until evenly golden brown and crisp.
