02 - 227 g cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 green onions, finely chopped
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce

07 - Oil, for frying

# Detailed Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped lobster meat with softened cream cheese until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Add the finely chopped green onions, garlic powder, and soy sauce to the mixture, folding gently until evenly distributed.
03 - Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface, spoon approximately 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of filling into the center, then lightly moisten the edges with water. Fold and press firmly to seal the edges.
04 - Heat oil in a skillet or deep pan over medium heat until hot enough for frying (approximately 175°C).
05 - Fry wontons in batches for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning as needed, until evenly golden brown and crisp.
06 - Remove fried wontons using tongs and place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
