Mango Lemonade Summer Drink (Print)

Tangy mango lemonade, blended smooth and served chilled over ice. Perfect for hot days with a minty finish.

# Ingredients:

→ Lemonade Base

01 - 250 g ripe mangoes, chopped
02 - 60 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - 75 g granulated sugar, or to taste
04 - 500–750 ml cold water, as needed

# Steps:

01 - Place chopped mangoes, lemon juice, granulated sugar, and 500 ml cold water in a blender. Process until fully smooth.
02 - Evaluate the texture, then incorporate up to 250 ml additional cold water for a lighter drink, blending briefly.
03 - Pour into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired and serve promptly.

01 - Select sweet, low-fibre mangoes for enhanced flavour and smoothness.
02 - Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of sugar based on mango ripeness.
03 - Add more cold water for a lighter beverage texture as preferred.
